Sees Vlag was a Dutch graphic artist and painter. Flag was best known for his architectural linocuts and silkscreens in pastel shades. One of his most famous works was: 's-Gravenhage - Daily Green Market (1984) consisting of 84 print runs. Flag has mainly incorporated cityscapes and industrial monuments. He worked on commission for UNICEF and the NS, among others. From 1954 to 1959 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in The Hague. Flag was a prominent member of the artists' association Pulchri Studio during his active years.
